Description

Pokemon Black is a role-playing game developed by Game Freak and published by Nintendo for the DS, which was released in 2011. It’s part of the fifth generation of the Pokemon video game series and was released alongside Pokemon White. In Pokemon Black, players travel across the Unova region, capture and train Pokemon, and challenge Gym Leaders to become the Pokemon Champion. The game introduced new features, such as seasons, rotation battles, and the Entralink, and spoke to themes of harmony between humans and Pokemon. It also added 156 new Pokemon to the franchise, bringing the total to 649.
