Phantom Breaker: Battlegrounds – Collector’s Edition is a spin-off of the original Phantom Breaker fighter game, taking the form of a side-scrolling beat em up. Released for the PS Vita, it features retro-inspired 8-bit style graphics and combines fast-paced hacking and slashing action with RPG elements where players can level up their characters and improve their abilities. The games plot follows the characters from the main series as they battle through various stages to defeat a myriad of enemies and bosses. The Collector’s Edition includes additional content, often physical collectibles as well as in-game extras.
