Description

Altered Beast (JuuOuki) is a classic side-scrolling beat ’em up arcade video game, developed by Sega, which has been imported from Japan for the Nintendo NES. The plot revolves around a resurrected Greek Warrior who has been summoned by Zeus to save his daughter Athena from Neff, a demon god in the underworld. The game’s main feature is the ability to transform into powerful ‘Altered Beast’ forms such as a werewolf, a thunder weredragon, a werebear, and a weretiger. Each beast form grants greater strength and new abilities to battle against fierce enemies and deadly bosses.
